I was 2 hours late because I had to make a blog

because I made a fruit salad and had to blog about it…

Today was the Liberian Thanksgiving which is celebrated on the second Thursday in November. It was a public holiday and we were going to spend the afternoon at Barracuda's.

I had made an electronic meme earlier for our NATC Facebook page featuring Liberia's heavenly fruit:

I decided to chop up a fruit salad afterwards and, take it along. It took about 2 hours to chop up a pineapple, 2 papayas, and several oranges and grapefruit. I also roasted some cashew nuts and threw them in. 

Of course I had to photograph my intrepid experiences and blog about it.

It only made me two hours late.
