My tongue is getting married to this

I decided to try Darbari Gosht from Food Fusion and, it turned out so well, that Kavita said: "Ami, my tongue is getting married to this." Then she said "This is the kind of food you shovel into your mouth." 

I usually cook in a go to last for 3-4 days so I also made chicken karahi. 

I love following the recipes on Food Fusion which make cooking so easy. I am enjoying discovering new desi dishes and the techniques. 

This Darbari gosht turned out to be very delicious and rich. It would be a hit at a dinner party.
