Flowering of the Beaucarnea recurvata

 

We've got a great new mali, Changez. He's very very efficient, thorough and easy to deal with. 

I've asked him to trim all the hedges and bushes. 

I went out to see the view from the balcony and lo and behold , the pony tailed palm has flowered!
