Now that the UN agencies have all shifted from Mamba Point to the Pan African Plaza building in Sinkor, the area definitely has a deserted feeling.
Many of the buildings need a fresh paint job but look shabby and unkempt.
See the shot on top of Benson Street hill - there's a boot camp on the sidewalk! Beats any gym.
