Self flattery and self ego rubbing.
EJS is claiming a one-year lame executive order as her Presidential accomplishment. No law was passed but an executive order with as much power as a small sleeping mouse. After having learned so much about FGM in Liberia, we know that these bans meant nothing, are not enforced, and, what's more, FGM is a thriving patriarchal practice that has economic dimensions and happens with full collusion with the state. And, we know the rest of EJS' track record on feminism.
