Let's go for a walk before 2020 is over

So, an unexpected delight of a dinner invitation came my way and, I was going to meet my cousin and his wife and daughter. But I had a couple of hours to kill before that, so Kavita and I decided to go for a stroll and meet my cousin in F-10 instead of them picking us up.

See pictures of our beautiful evening walk. Last one for this year.

We arrived in F-10

Can't get enough of the marigolds

This house on the corner of his street was in disarray, frozen in mid-construction
for quite a few years. This sidewalk was a mess of overgrown weeds and shrubs.
It's finally cleared. The house construction is being completed now.

Walking towards the Ahmad Faraz and Nazimmudin Road junction

These. This is the cement cover for the holes they've been digging up all over to lay
private company cables.

I love this shot. In fact, this corner right here always gives a great photo: vehicles zooming by,
the trees, the traffic lights, and the sunset in the back.

See a series of amateur photographs of the full moon with my phone camera.

And, we have arrived in F-10. See all these food delivery bikes.

Nutella Naan and chai

I made this quick drawing of Kavita's favourite things while we waited
for the Nutella Naan. You may be wondering what the egg is doing on the table.
So, 'garam anday' are sold in the winter season by street sellers who go around
yelling 'garam anday.' We keep running into the same chaps who sell them and then, we buy
them. They're 50 rupees each and honestly, a very nice snack when you are out for a walk.
The other sound I've come to recognise is a clanging which signals 'oil massage.'

Usually Kavita takes great, clear shots (after I frame them and show her) but this was one is so fuzzy.

Of course, we did some window shopping at Khussa Centre.

See some 'sights and sounds of...' type pictures of F-10

People are carrying on with : socialising, getting together, being out and about,
without much social distancing or masks.

Looks like a new chai joint.

The new but immensely popular Syrian Shawarma.
