Somehow while taking a healthy evening walk, we ended up at Burning Brownie and then devoured some hot chocolate and delicious sandwiches. We also doodled in our notebooks.
I discovered that they are making a shrine near the green belt. It will certainly add some character to the place. It's across the khokha that demolished a couple of years ago, in the Naya Pakistan drive to clean the country of katchi abadis, small vendors, shaadi halls, khokhas , and anything deemed undesirable.
Kavita always insists on window shopping at Haroon's and the toy shop next to it. I saw a musical pink horse at a toy shop, exactly like the one that Kavita got as a gift when we she was born in Chicago.
There's a fellow at the entrance of Najeeb Pharmacy wearing a mask, holding a sanitiser and masks. He looked so earnest, I had to take a photograph of him. See below.
