We went to Mama Susu's for a delicious breakfast of butter-fried eggs and foul. Mama Susu (Sohaila) was actually waiting for us as we were a little late. But, she was very happy to see us and, served us our foul breakfast. She first spread the beans in our plate, on to which she piled up the vegetables, tahini, cumin powder, and then, drizzled olive oil. We tucked in and relished every bite. Later, Mama Susu also brought out feta cheese and, made us eat that too. Very happy to be in Mama Susu's good books these days and, being pampered with all this delicious fare.
Mama Susu has been a mother to me. Love everything about her. I was first introduced to her by Farzana way back in 2009. Since then i have eaten at her place each and every week.
