Haresh and I attended a very timely and informative lecture by Dr Robtel Pailey at the offices of Liberia Strategic Analysis (LSA) in Mamba Point.
Dr Pailey took us through a brief tour of electoral history of Liberia. I did not know that Liberia has the honour of having recorded the first rigged elections back in 1927!
