We study and exercise on the Hill
The pictures from today's evening walk are gorgeous if I may say so myself. Kavita accompanied me on the walk but only to do her homework there.
Kavita is so serious about being a model student. She declares she has homework as soon as she comes home. She's brimming with stories on naughty fellow students. My day really starts when she comes home from school.
So, we walked to the Hill which is an amazing place (even if the Big Bad American Embassy is there). You can train your mind and body there. Train your body to enjoy being alive and that it works. And your mind against imperialism.
Here is a cute video of Kavita : How Are You, Kavita?

Good evening
Monrovia should be covered in bougainvillea. It could be a tropical paradise but it's not. Beautification of a city could be done with more trees, easily maintained bushes and flowers but somehow there's been hardly any attempt by the authorities to bring natural shade and beauty to a capital of the oldest republic in Africa.

Could recite all 37 of Shakespeare plays?
Ironically, as this article in The Print says, I really only know Utpal Dutt from Golmal, one of my all time favourite movies. I know he's appeared in other 80s films I've seen but its him in Golmal which I'm fond of and honestly, I channel him all the time with my huffing and puffing and seriousness. I love how Bhavani Shankar is introduced: "He is a man of great likes and dislikes." That's me.
I'm blown away by this description of Utpal Dutt and his achievements. I watched this clip on Facebook years ago and was introduced to a glimpse of Dutt's repertoire: "My Religion is My Life". (a video clip from the movie "Agantuk): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpJajZebLIE.
I love this photo of Utpal Dutt. I often use "old" actors' photos as my WhatsApp profile pic.
